Jasmin is a certified 500+ Hour Yoga and Breathwork Teacher with a deep focus on trauma-informed practices and somatic healing. She completed her 200-hour Vinyasa Hatha Yoga Teacher Training and advanced 300-hour Trauma-Informed Yoga Training with Innersea Yoga School in Costa Rica. Her expertise in Breathwork was further refined through a 250-hour Breathwork Master Training with Wolf Kingsman in Peru. Jasmin’s work is rooted in a holistic, body-based approach that supports nervous system regulation, emotional release, and longlasting growth.

Jasmin discovered yoga at the age of 16, drawn first to its dynamic physicality - strong flows, arm balances and the empowering discipline of movement. What began as a physical practice quickly became her anchor through life’s transitions, challenges and growth. Over time, yoga evolved from strength on the mat to softness within, guiding her toward her first training and a deeper connection with yogic philosophy. Today, her work is rooted in the belief that true strength comes from cultivating inner softness and mental awareness.
Breathwork found her during a time of personal need, opening the door to the profound connection between breath, nervous system regulation, and holistic health. Since then, Jasmin has immersed herself in the science of the brain-body-mind connection and the transformative power of somatic practices. With a trauma-informed and heart centered approach, she supports others in discovering their own unique path to healing and growth - blending movement, breath, and embodied awareness.
Beyond her role as a facilitator, Jasmin is a creative heart, having worked for many years as a photographer - a practice that continues to inspire her way of seeing and holding space.
